11-20-2005 - “Thank you for outstanding service.  Recently I had some modification work done on a lamp that I had purchased.  When I got home I found that through poor communication the lamp could not be used in my situation, it needed a plug in.  I called your office to make arrangements for the needed work.  It wasn’t long before I got a call telling me that someone would come to our home and correct the problem.  He fixed the problem and hung the lamp for me.  At my age that was a tremendous plus.
